Anushree Associates is looking for a creative, result-oriented Social Media Manager with practical knowledge of Meta Ads Management to handle social media activities, execute advertising campaigns, and generate quality business leads for our taxation, accounting, compliance, and professional training services.

The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with Instagram, Facebook, Meta Ads Manager, content planning, lead generation, and campaign optimization.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and grow the company's Instagram and Facebook pages.
- Plan, create, schedule, and publish engaging social media content.
- Shoot and coordinate short-form videos, reels, and promotional content.
- Create content calendars, captions, creatives, and campaign concepts.
- Set up, run, monitor, and optimize Facebook and Instagram ad campaigns using Meta Ads Manager.
- Generate quality leads for taxation, accounting, business registration, and training services.
- Monitor campaign performance, audience targeting, cost per lead, and advertising budgets.
- Maintain lead records and campaign performance reports using Excel or Google Sheets.
- Coordinate with the team to improve brand visibility, engagement, and conversions.

Required Skills & Qualifications
- 6 months to 1 year of relevant experience in social media management and Meta Ads.




- Practical knowledge of Facebook Ads Manager and Instagram promotions.
- Understanding of lead generation campaigns, audience targeting, and campaign optimization.
- Basic graphic design and video editing skills using Canva or similar tools.
- Good communication, follow-up, and organizational skills.
- Knowledge of Instagram Reels, content trends, and social media analytics.
- Ability to track leads, prepare reports, and work towards performance targets.

Preferred Candidate A proactive and responsible candidate who can manage both social media activities and paid advertising campaigns, with a strong focus on lead generation and business growth.
