Social Media Executive

Role OverviewThe Social Media Executive will build and maintain the brand’s voice across digital channels. You will plan content calendars, write engaging copy, design basic visuals, moderate community discussions, and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to drive brand awareness and audience growth.

Key Responsibilities

- Content Creation &
- Curation:

Write compelling captions, design graphics or short videos, and adapt messages for platforms like Instagram, LinkedIn, X, and TikTok.

- Content Scheduling: Maintain and execute an organized editorial content calendar using scheduling tools.

- Community Management: Respond to direct messages, comments, and mentions to build active audience relationships and foster brand loyalty.

- Trend &

- Brand Monitoring:

Stay updated on platform algorithms, viral trends, and competitor activity.

- Paid Media Support: Assist in setting up, monitoring, and optimizing basic paid social media ad campaigns and budgets.

- Analytics &

- Reporting:

Track metrics such as reach, engagement rate, follower growth,



and website traffic using analytics tools, then prepare performance reports.

- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with graphic designers, copywriters, and the broader marketing team to align campaigns with business goals.

Required Skills &

- Qualifications

- Experience: 1 to 3 years of hands-on experience managing social media accounts for a brand or agency.

- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Public Relations, or a related field.

Robust copywriting skills with a sharp eye for grammar, tone, and brand voice.

- Design &

- Tools:

Familiarity with design and scheduling tools like Canva, Adobe Express, Hootsuite, or Buffer.

- Analytical Mindset: Basic understanding of social KPIs, insights dashboards, and data tracking.

- Communication: Exceptional interpersonal and problem-solving skills for managing online communities.

Pay: ₹11,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
