Role & responsibilities

About the Role

- We are looking for a creative, energetic and Instagram-obsessed Social Media Intern who loves creating content, exploring trends, shooting Reels and designing eye-catching creatives.
- You will work with our premium Real-Estate, Restaurant brands to create engaging Instagram content that captures the food, ambience, experiences and personality of each restaurant.
- If you enjoy making Reels, experimenting with trending formats and coming up with fresh content ideas, we'd love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities 1. Instagram Content Creation

- Create engaging Instagram Reels, posts, Stories and carousels.
- Research trending audio, viral Reels, memes and Instagram content formats.
- Adapt current trends creatively for premium Real-Estate / restaurant brands.
- Suggest fresh and relatable content ideas regularly.
- Assist with Instagram posting, scheduling and content calendars.

2. Reel Shooting & Video Editing

- Shoot food, restaurant ambience, behind-the-scenes moments and Real-Estate / dining experiences.
- Edit short-form videos using CapCut, VN, Premiere Pro or similar applications.
- Add engaging hooks, text overlays, transitions, trending audio and captions.
- Create visually appealing, Instagram-ready videos.
- Assist with Real-Estate, restaurant shoots and content production.

3. Creative Designing

- Design attractive Instagram posts, Stories, carousels and promotional creatives.
- Create trending, relatable and visually engaging designs.
- Use Canva, Photoshop or similar design applications.
- Maintain consistent brand aesthetics across content.

4. Trend Research & Creative Ideas

- Stay updated with the latest Instagram trends and viral content.
- Share new Reel concepts,



creative references and content opportunities.
- Research successful real-estate/ restaurant and lifestyle Instagram pages.
- Suggest ideas to increase engagement, reach and real-estate restaurant discovery.

5. Instagram Management

- Assist with posting and scheduling content.
- Write catchy captions and relevant hashtags.
- Support community engagement through comments and DMs.
- Track basic Instagram performance and engagement metrics.
- Help maintain an organised content library.

Required Skills

- Strong interest in Instagram and social media trends.
- Basic to good video shooting and editing skills.
- Ability to create attractive social media creatives.
- Familiarity with Canva, CapCut, VN or similar tools.
- Good understanding of Instagram Reels, Stories and trending content.
- Creative thinking and willingness to experiment.
- Positive communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to work independently and take initiative.
