Job Summary

DesGro Media is looking for a proactive and organized CRM cum Social Media Manager to handle client communication and manage clients’ social media pages. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, basic knowledge of social media platforms, and the ability to coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth workflow and client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

- Client Communication: Handle day-to-day communication with clients, respond to queries, share updates, and maintain professional relationships.
- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain positive client relationships while ensuring timely communication and follow-ups.
- Social Media Page Management: Manage clients’ social media accounts, including Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and other relevant platforms.
- Content Coordination: Coordinate with content creators, designers, and video editors to ensure timely completion and delivery of client requirements.
- Content Scheduling: Schedule and publish posts, stories, reels, and other content according to the approved content calendar.
- Client Feedback and Approvals: Collect client feedback, communicate revisions to the respective teams, and follow up on pending approvals.
- Page Monitoring:



Monitor social media pages, comments, and messages to ensure consistent brand communication.
- Task Management: Track client requirements, deliverables, and deadlines while ensuring smooth coordination between clients and internal teams.

Requirements

- Freshers and graduates are welcome to apply.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Basic knowledge of Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and other social media platforms.
- Positive coordination, organizational, and time-management skills.
- Ability to handle multiple clients and manage priorities effectively.
- Basic knowledge of content calendars and social media management tools is an added advantage.
