We are looking for a creative, curious and versatile Social Media &

- Digital Marketing Intern to join Aadyanta Labs Pvt. Ltd. This is a multi-skill role: you will create content, run social channels, support campaigns, use AI tools, and contribute to lead generation across our IT, AI and cybersecurity brands, including Arista Cyber Cop. You will work directly with the leadership team and see your ideas go live.

Key Responsibilities

- Content Creation Design and write posts, reels, stories, carousels, short videos, captions, and creatives aligned with brand identity.

- Content Planning – Plan and maintain monthly content calendars across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, X (Twitter), YouTube and WhatsApp Channels.

- Campaigns – Support planning and execution of social media campaigns, contests, awareness drives (such as cyber-safety and anti-scam campaigns), webinars and events.

- Video &
- Design

– Edit reels and short videos; create banners, posters, presentations and infographics using Canva and similar tools.

- AI-Assisted Creativity – Use AI tools for ideation, copywriting, image and video generation, and research, with human review for accuracy and brand tone.

- Trends &

- Research

– Track social media trends, hashtags, competitors and industry updates; suggest fresh content ideas.

- Community &

- Engagement

– Respond to comments and messages, grow follower engagement, and handle basic audience queries in a professional tone.

- Influencers &

- Partnerships

– Identify influencers, creators, communities and industry bodies for collaborations and co-promotion.

- Website &

- SEO Support

– Assist with blog posts, website content updates, basic SEO (keywords, meta tags) and landing pages.

- Email &





- WhatsApp Marketing

– Help prepare newsletters, email campaigns and broadcast messages.

- Analytics &

- Reporting

– Track reach, impressions, engagement, clicks and follower growth; prepare weekly and monthly performance reports with improvement suggestions.

- Lead Generation Support – Create content and campaigns that generate enquiries, and pass leads to the sales team.

- Team Support – Assist with photography/videography at events, PR and press material, and any other marketing task assigned from time to time.

Required Qualifications and Skills

- Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Business Administration, IT, Design or a related field (all backgrounds welcome).

- Good understanding of Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn and YouTube.

- Strong writing, copywriting and communication skills in English
- Hindi is an advantage.

- Creative mindset with an eye for design, branding and trending formats.

- Familiarity with Canva or similar design tools.

- Good organisational and time-management skills.

- Willingness to learn, take initiative and work collaboratively across teams.

Preferred Skills

- Basic video editing (CapCut, InShot, Premiere Pro or similar).

- Experience using AI tools such as ChatGPT, Gemini or image/video generators.

- Basic knowledge of SEO, Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite and LinkedIn analytics.

- Understanding of influencer marketing, lead generation and digital campaign performance.

- Basic photography or videography skills.

- Interest in technology, AI or cybersecurity.

- Ability to adapt quickly in a fast-paced startup setting.
