Job Title: Social Media ExecutiveJob Summary

We are looking for a creative, energetic, and trend-aware Social Media Executive to manage and grow our brand’s online presence across all major social networks. In this role, you will be responsible for creating and scheduling engaging content, monitoring social trends, responding to community interactions, and analyzing performance metrics. The ideal candidate has a deep passion for digital storytelling, a strong understanding of social media algorithms, and the ability to turn casual followers into loyal brand advocates.

Core Responsibilities

Focus AreaKey Duties & TasksContent Creation & Planning Develop, write, and curate engaging social media copy and multimedia assets (images, GIFs, short-form video concepts).

- Maintain a comprehensive monthly content calendar aligned with marketing campaigns and product launches.
- Film and edit raw mobile footage for vertical video formats (Reels, TikToks, Shorts).Community Management Monitor brand channels daily, responding promptly to comments, direct messages, and brand mentions.
- Foster active digital conversations to build an online community and elevate brand loyalty.

Social Listening & Trends Keep a pulse on viral audios, internet pop culture, memes, and emerging social platform features.





- Monitor competitor social media footprint to spot creative opportunities and market gaps.

Analytics & Reporting Track and evaluate key performance metrics including reach, engagement rate, follower growth, and click-throughs.

- Compile monthly performance insights to adjust creative strategies iteratively.

Required Skills & ExperienceAttributeRequirements & Preferences Experience 1 to 3 years of active experience managing skilled business profiles across Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and Facebook. Technical & Editing Tools Practical familiarity with social media scheduling suites (e.g., Later, Hootsuite, Sprout Social, or Buffer).

- Proficient in using mobile video editing tools (e.g., CapCut, InShot) and design apps like Canva.Core Competencies Strong eye for visual aesthetics, branding consistency, and contemporary design trends.
- Excellent copywriting capabilities with a knack for adapting brand voice across different platform demographics.Soft Skills

Highly adaptable to rapid platform shifts, newsjacking opportunities, and sudden cultural trends.EducationBachelor's degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Public Relations, Creative Writing, or related fields. Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
