Job Summary

We are looking for a creative and strategic Social Media Executive to manage and enhance our brand s presence across various social media platforms. Key Responsibilities

- Develop, implement, and manage social media strategies aligned with business goals.

- Create engaging and high-quality content (text, image, and video) for social media platforms like Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and YouTube.

- Monitor social media trends, tools, and applications to improve engagement.

- Manage daily posts, stories, and interactions to increase brand visibility.

- Collaborate with designers, content writers, and marketing teams for campaign execution.

- Analyze social media insights and performance metrics to optimize campaigns.

- Respond to comments, messages,



and queries in a timely and professional manner.

- Run paid social media campaigns and track ad performance.

- Monitor competitors and industry trends to suggest innovative strategies.

- Prepare monthly reports on engagement, reach, and campaign performance.

Requirements

- Bachelor s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.

- 2-4 years of experience in social media management or digital marketing.

- Proficiency in social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, YouTube, etc.).

- Hands-on experience with content creation tools like Canva, Photoshop, or Illustrator.

- Robust knowledge of social media analytics tools (Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, Hootsuite, etc.).

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

- Strong time management and multitasking skills.
