Position Overview

We are looking for a creative and organized Social Media Executive to manage and grow Creative Crows' presence — and that of our clients — across social media platforms. The role involves planning content calendars, creating and scheduling posts, day-to-day page management, and tracking engagement to help build brand visibility for our digital products and client campaigns.

Key Responsibilities

Plan and maintain monthly content calendars for the company's and clients' social media pages (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn).

Create, schedule, and publish engaging posts, reels, and stories in coordination with the graphic design team.

Monitor page performance, respond to comments and messages, and report on engagement and follower growth.

Research trends, hashtags,



and competitor activity to keep content fresh and relevant.

Coordinate with the design and sales teams to align social content with ongoing campaigns and promotions.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Must have AI experience managing social media pages or campaigns. (6 months at least)

Good written communication skills in English, Hindi, and Marathi.

Familiarity with Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and scheduling tools (e.g., Meta Business Suite, Canva).

Basic understanding of analytics/insights to track engagement and growth.

Creative mindset with attention to detail and consistency in brand voice.
