Job Summary

We are looking for a creative, enthusiastic, and detail-oriented Social Media Content Creator to develop engaging content for our social media platforms. The ideal candidate should have a robust understanding of social media trends, content creation, video editing, and digital audience engagement.

The candidate will be responsible for creating compelling visual and written content that strengthens brand awareness, increases audience engagement, and supports the company's marketing objectives.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan, create, and publish engaging content for Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, LinkedIn, and other relevant social media platforms.
- Create short-form videos, reels, promotional videos, graphics, carousels, stories, and social media posts.
- Write creative captions, headlines, scripts, and content descriptions.
- Edit videos and images using tools such as Canva, CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, Photoshop, or similar software.
- Research trending topics, hashtags, audio, and content formats relevant to the brand.
- Develop and maintain a social media content calendar.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to plan campaigns, promotions, and brand communication.
- Monitor social media performance, including reach, engagement, views, and audience growth.
- Stay updated with the latest social media trends, platform algorithms, and content strategies.
- Ensure all published content aligns with the company's brand guidelines and communication standards.

Required Skills and Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree or diploma in Mass Communication,



Digital Marketing, Media Studies, or a related field is preferred.
- 1–3 years of experience in social media content creation, digital marketing, or a similar role is preferred.
- Strong creativity, storytelling, and communication skills.
- Hands-on experience with video editing and graphic design tools.
- Understanding of Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, Facebook content, and other short-form video formats.
- Ability to write engaging captions and create platform-specific content.
- Basic understanding of social media analytics and audience engagement.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- A portfolio of previous content, videos, or social media work will be an advantage.

Preferred Skills
- Experience in shooting and editing videos using a smartphone or camera.
- Knowledge of content planning, social media scheduling, and basic SEO.
- Familiarity with AI-powered content creation tools.
- Ability to identify trends and convert them into engaging brand content.
