Role Description This is a part-time Social Media Content Creator Intern role in a hybrid setup, based in Ahmedabad, with some flexibility for work from home. The intern will support the planning, creation, and publishing of content across social media platforms, including posts, stories, short videos, and basic graphics.

Day-to-day tasks include brainstorming content ideas, drafting captions, scheduling posts, monitoring engagement, and helping respond to comments or messages under guidance. The role may also involve basic research on trends, competitors, and audience preferences,



as well as assisting with performance tracking and simple reports.

Qualifications

- Interest in social media platforms (e.g., Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube) and familiarity with current trends and formats.
- Strong written communication skills in English; ability to craft explicit, engaging, and concise captions and posts.
- Basic creative skills, such as simple video editing or graphic creation.
- Organizational skills to manage a content calendar, follow posting schedules, and handle multiple tasks responsibly.
- Motivation to learn, openness to feedback, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team in a hybrid setup.
- Pursuing or recently completed studies in marketing, communications, media, or a related field is an advantage but not required.
- Comfort with using productivity and collaboration tools (e.g., email, shared documents, messaging apps); basic data awareness for reviewing content performance is a plus.
