Responsibilities Include

- Content Creation: Shoot high-quality photos and videos for brands, products, events, and client campaigns.
- Reels & Video Editing: Edit engaging Instagram Reels and short-form videos, incorporating transitions, captions, music, and creative effects.
- Trend Research: Identify trending audio, viral content formats, emerging trends, and creative opportunities for different brands.
- Content Ideation: Brainstorm fresh content ideas, concepts, hooks, and storytelling approaches.
- Client Shoots: Participate in on-location shoots across Pune, assisting with planning, filming, and content execution.
- Social Media Management: Assist with content calendars, scheduling, publishing, and platform-specific content.
- Performance Analysis: Monitor content performance, analyze engagement, and identify opportunities to improve future content.

Requirements





- Must own an iPhone/Camera suitable for shooting high-quality photos and videos for the client.
- Must be based in Pune and available for in-person client shoots across the city.
- Good understanding of Instagram, Reels, and current social media trends.
- Basic video editing skills using tools such as VN, InShot, Adobe Premiere Pro, or similar software.
- Good sense of visual composition, framing, lighting, and storytelling.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and collaborate with a team.
- A portfolio or samples of previously created videos/Reels are required. Personal projects and college work are welcome.

Nice to Have

- Experience creating content for brands, businesses, or personal social media pages.
- Familiarity with Canva, Lightroom, or other creative tools.
- Basic understanding of Instagram analytics and content performance.
- Interest in photography, videography, and digital marketing.
