About Us

Chikan Kalakaari is a growing online chikankari brand celebrating the timeless artistry of Lucknow's heritage embroidery. We bring authentic, handcrafted chikankari fashion to customers through a blend of traditional craftsmanship and modern aesthetics.

We're looking for a creative, confident, and enthusiastic Social Media Content Creator to create engaging content, fashion styling, and storytelling reels.

Key Responsibilities

Content Creation & Social Media

- Create engaging reels, stories, posts, and videos for Instagram, Facebook, and other social media platforms.
- Plan and execute monthly content calendars aligned with the brand's identity and marketing goals.
- Shoot and edit product photos, videos, styling reels, try-on videos, and behind-the-scenes content.
- Appear on camera to showcase products, demonstrate styling ideas, and represent the brand.
- Develop creative concepts around chikankari craftsmanship, fashion, everyday styling, and artisan stories.
- Write engaging captions and communicate the brand's story in a relatable way.
- Schedule content and maintain a consistent posting calendar.
- Monitor social media trends, track performance, and suggest ideas to improve engagement and reach.
- Engage with followers and respond to comments and messages.
- Collaborate on product launches, promotional campaigns, and festive marketing activities.





Required Skills & Qualifications

- 0–2 years of experience in content creation or social media management; freshers with relevant skills are welcome.
- Confident, presentable, and comfortable appearing on camera.
- Good photography, videography, and mobile video-editing skills using tools such as Canva, InShot, or CapCut.
- Solid communication skills in Hindi and English.
- Creative thinking, a good sense of fashion and styling, and an understanding of Instagram Reels and Stories.
- Ability to plan, organize, and execute content independently.
- An interest in fashion, ethnic wear, and traditional Indian crafts is a plus.
