Job Title : SoC Architect – Many-Core AI/HPC Accelerator
Location: Bangalore
We are looking for a highly experienced SoC Architect to lead the architecture of next-generation many-core processors designed for AI and High-Performance Computing (HPC).
This is a senior-level architecture role for someone who has experience taking chip-level architecture from concept to silicon and enjoys solving complex problems across compute, memory, interconnect and software.
? Key Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end SoC architecture and specification
- Architect many-core processing elements, memory hierarchy and NoC/interconnect
- Define HBM / high-bandwidth memory architecture and system-level trade-offs
- Develop performance models covering throughput, bandwidth, latency and synchronization
- Define hardware–software interfaces including DMA, interrupts, PCIe and memory-mapped interfaces
- Work closely with silicon design, verification, physical design and software teams
- Partner with foundry and technology partners on next-generation architecture
- Drive architecture decisions around performance, power, thermal and reliability
Ideal Profile:
✅ 15–20 years of experience in SoC / processor / accelerator architecture
✅ Solid experience in chip-level architectural ownership
✅ Expertise in at least 2 of the following:
Many-core / many-thread processor architecture
HBM / High-Bandwidth Memory
NoC / interconnect & coherency
AI / HPC accelerator architecture
Memory architecture
✅ Experience with custom ASIC / processor architecture
✅ Silicon bring-up and post-silicon debug experience
✅ Strong performance modelling background
✅ Knowledge of RISC-V or proprietary/custom ISA is a plus
✅ Experience with advanced packaging / chiplet / hybrid-bonded memory is highly desirable
✅ Publications or patents in processor, memory or accelerator architecture are an advantage
