About the prospect

Build an engaging, locally relevant social presence for Veer’s electric vehicle business. We need someone who writes well, understands people and can turn a content calendar into an active community.

Your responsibilities

- Manage the approved social publishing calendar.
- Write Malayalam and English captions, scripts, Stories and community responses.
- Coordinate publishing assets, approvals and creator collaborations.
- Monitor comments and messages during assigned coverage hours.
- Route purchase enquiries promptly to the concierge team and track handovers.
- Identify relevant conversations, content opportunities and emerging customer questions.
- Cover selected experiences through live Stories and short updates.
- Report on engagement quality,



audience response and enquiry contribution.
- Escalate complaints and sensitive issues to the appropriate manager.

What you should bring
- Excellent Malayalam and English writing skills.
- Experience managing brand accounts and online communities.
- Understanding of Instagram content formats and social analytics.
- Good judgement in tone, response handling and local cultural context.
- Familiarity with publishing tools such as Metricool or Meta Business Suite.
- Basic mobile shooting and editing skills.

How success will be measured Publishing reliability, meaningful engagement, response quality, enquiry handover and community growth.
