We are looking for a creative and result-oriented SMO Executive / Social Media Optimization Specialist to manage social media platforms, increase brand visibility, improve engagement, and generate quality leads.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and implement effective Social Media Optimization (SMO) strategies.
- Manage social media platforms including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, and X (Twitter).
- Create engaging content, captions, hashtags, and social media calendars.
- Increase followers, organic reach, engagement, and brand awareness.
- Conduct competitor analysis and identify trending social media strategies.
- Optimize social media profiles to improve visibility and audience engagement.
- Coordinate with graphic designers and video editors for creative content.




- Plan and execute social media campaigns to generate leads and traffic.
- Monitor social media performance using analytics tools.
- Prepare monthly performance reports and suggest improvements.

Required Skills
- 3–5 years of hands-on experience in SMO and social media marketing.
- Strong knowledge of Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
- Experience in content planning, hashtag research, and audience engagement.
- Knowledge of Meta Business Suite, Canva, and social media analytics tools.
- Understanding of social media trends, algorithms, and organic growth strategies.
- Excellent communication, creativity, and analytical skills.
- Basic knowledge of paid social media campaigns will be an added advantage.
