SME INTERNATIONAL VOICE BANKING PROCESS

Location: Hyderabad

Process: International Voice – Banking

Position: Subject Matter Expert (SME)

CTC: 20–25% hike on last CTC | Up to 8 LPA

Qualification: Any Graduation – Mandatory

Experience: Minimum 1 year as an SME in an International Voice Banking process (On-paper experience mandatory; acting SME experience will also be considered)

Notice Period: Immediate Joiners Only

Transport: Available

Key Requirements:

- Minimum 1 year of experience as an SME in an International Voice Banking process.
- Experience in Credit Cards and Loans is preferred.
- Solid knowledge of banking operations, customer handling and process-related queries.
- Hyderabad-based candidates only.
