Role & responsibilities

Supervise day-to-day glass installation activities at project sites.

- Oversee the installation of glass panels, partitions, glass doors, and other related products as per project requirements.
- Ensure proper site measurements and installation as per approved drawings and specifications.
- Coordinate with the Project Manager, contractors, installation teams, and other site personnel for smooth execution of work.
- Monitor the performance of installation workers and ensure effective manpower utilisation.
- Ensure proper handling, transportation, lifting, and fixing of glass materials to minimise breakage and material damage.
- Check the availability of glass materials, installation accessories, tools, and equipment required at the site.




- Monitor daily work progress and ensure timely completion of assigned installation activities.
- Inspect completed installation work to ensure quality standards and identify any defects or deviations.
- Ensure compliance with site safety guidelines and the proper use of safety equipment while handling and installing glass.
- Maintain daily site progress reports, material records, and installation updates.
- Track material consumption, wastage, breakage, and additional material requirements.
