Job Summary

Nestora Commercial Interior is looking for an experienced and responsible Site Supervisor to supervise daily site activities and ensure the smooth execution of commercial interior projects. The candidate will be responsible for managing workers, monitoring work quality, coordinating materials, and ensuring that all site activities are completed according to project drawings, specifications, and timelines.

Key Responsibilities

- Supervise daily activities at commercial interior project sites.
- Manage and coordinate carpenters, electricians, painters, ceiling workers, and other site labourers.
- Ensure work is executed according to approved drawings, measurements, and design specifications.
- Monitor daily work progress and ensure timely completion of assigned tasks.
- Check the quality of workmanship and ensure proper finishing.
- Coordinate material requirements, deliveries, and stock availability at the site.
- Maintain daily labour attendance and work progress records.
- Identify site issues and report delays or technical problems to the Project Manager.
- Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and other teams to ensure smooth workflow.




- Ensure proper use of materials and minimise material wastage.
- Maintain site cleanliness and follow safety procedures.
- Prepare daily progress reports and update management on completed and pending works.

Requirements
- Previous experience as a Site Supervisor in commercial interiors or civil construction is preferred.
- Diploma or ITI in Civil Engineering, Interior Design, or a related field is an advantage.
- Knowledge of interior fit-out works, carpentry, false ceiling, electrical works, painting, and finishing.
- Ability to read and understand basic drawings and measurements.
- Good leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage workers and complete tasks within deadlines.
- Willingness to work at project sites as required.
