We are looking for an experienced Civil Site Supervisor to oversee daily site activities, coordinate with workers and contractors, and monitor construction progress. The ideal candidate should have a civil engineering background, good site management skills, and the ability to ensure work is completed according to project requirements and quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and monitor day-to-day construction site activities.
- Coordinate with civil engineers, contractors, workers, and other site personnel.
- Ensure construction work follows approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
- Monitor work progress and support timely completion of project activities.
- Check the availability and proper utilization of construction materials.
- Maintain daily site progress reports and relevant documentation.
- Ensure proper implementation of site safety procedures.
- Identify site-related issues and coordinate with the concerned team for timely resolution.
- Monitor workmanship and report quality concerns to the project management team.
Required Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering is preferred.
- Candidates with a civil construction background are required.
- Prior experience in site supervision or construction site operations is preferred.
- Knowledge of construction methods, site measurements, and civil drawings.
- Positive coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage workers and monitor daily site activities.
