- Monitor the progress of work and ensure that tasks are completed according to the project schedule.

- Coordinate with workers, contractors, Site Engineers, and Project Coordinators.

- Ensure that work is carried out according to approved drawings, specifications, and instructions.

- Monitor the quality of materials and workmanship.

- Ensure the proper utilisation of materials and minimise wastage.

- Check daily labour attendance and allocate work according to project requirements.

- Report labour shortages, material requirements, and site issues to the concerned Project Coordinator or Project Manager.

- Qualifications

- Diploma or ITI in Civil Engineering, or a relevant technical qualification.

- Candidates with relevant construction or interior site supervision experience will be preferred.

- Basic knowledge of construction methods, materials, and site safety.

- Ability to read and understand basic construction drawings.
