Role Description The Site Supervisor for Commercial Interiors will oversee day-to-day site activities for interior projects, ensuring work is executed according to design specifications, quality standards, and safety guidelines.

Responsibilities include coordinating with project managers, designers, contractors, and vendors, supervising site teams across trades such as carpentry, electrical, plumbing, and civil work, and monitoring progress against project timelines. The role involves conducting regular site inspections, managing material deliveries, resolving on-site issues, and maintaining explicit documentation and reporting.

Supervisor will also ensure compliance with company policies, client requirements, and regulatory norms. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Mumbai.

Qualifications

- Experience in supervising commercial interior projects, including offices, retail stores, hospitality, and other corporate spaces.
- Strong knowledge of interior fit-out processes, including carpentry, gypsum and partition work, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, painting, and basic civil work.
- Ability to read and interpret architectural and MEP drawings, layouts, and technical specifications.
- Proficient in site coordination, vendor and contractor management, and daily work scheduling.
- Understanding of quality control standards, safety practices, and compliance with local building regulations.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills for collaborating with clients, consultants, and internal teams.
- Good problem-solving and decision-making abilities to address site challenges and maintain project timelines.
- Experience using basic project documentation tools (site reports, checklists, progress trackers); familiarity with MS Office is preferred.
- Diploma or degree in Civil Engineering, Interior Design, or a related field is preferred; relevant work experience in commercial interiors is essential.
- Willingness to work on-site in Mumbai and manage multiple projects or sites as required.
