Job Summary

We are looking for a responsible and proactive Construction Site Supervisor to oversee daily construction activities, coordinate with workers and contractors, monitor work progress, and ensure that site activities are completed safely, efficiently, and according to project requirements.

Key Responsibilities

- Supervise day-to-day construction activities at the site.
- Monitor site progress and ensure work is completed as per project schedules and drawings.
- Coordinate with engineers, architects, contractors, workers, and other team members.
- Allocate work to site workers and monitor their productivity.
- Ensure the proper use of construction materials, tools, and equipment.
- Maintain records of daily work progress, material consumption, labour attendance, and site activities.
- Check the quality of materials and workmanship according to project requirements.




- Ensure compliance with site safety rules and the use of appropriate Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
- Identify site issues and report delays, material shortages, or technical problems to the concerned team.
- Coordinate material requirements, deliveries, loading, unloading, and storage at the site.
- Maintain site cleanliness, discipline, and proper material handling.
- Assist in measurements, quantity calculations, and preparation of daily progress reports.
- Follow instructions from project managers and senior engineers.

Required Skills
- Basic knowledge of construction activities, materials, and site operations.
- Understanding of civil drawings and construction procedures.
- Positive communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to manage workers and handle day-to-day site challenges.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and reporting.
- Responsible, punctual, disciplined, and willing to work at different site locations.
- Knowledge of construction safety practices.

Eligibility Criteria
- Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering is preferred.
- Freshers with basic civil construction knowledge are welcome to apply.
- Candidates with 1–3 years of construction site supervision experience will be preferred.
- Candidates must be comfortable working at construction sites and travelling to project locations as required.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
