We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Site Supervisor to oversee our window installation projects from handover to completion. You will be responsible for managing on-site installation teams (fitters and helpers), ensuring precision alignment, maintaining strict quality controls, and serving as the primary point of contact on-site to deliver projects on time and to specification.
Key Responsibilities
Site Management & Execution
Daily Supervision: Oversee daily operations of fitters, fabricators, and helpers, ensuring tasks are allocated efficiently.
Timeline Tracking: Monitor progress against the project schedule to ensure milestones are met on time.
Material Management: Verify incoming material deliveries (aluminum profiles, glass, hardware) for quantity and quality; track in office inventory and prevent wastage.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
