Roles & Responsibilities

- Supervise daily construction and interior execution activities at project sites.

- Ensure work is carried out as per approved architectural drawings, designs, and specifications.

- Coordinate with contractors, vendors, labour teams, architects, and interior designers.

- Monitor project progress, quality of work, and timelines.

- Maintain daily site reports, material records, and work progress updates.

- Ensure proper utilization of materials and minimize wastage.

- Conduct regular site inspections and maintain safety standards.

- Identify and resolve in office execution issues.

- Ensure timely completion of projects while maintaining quality standards.

Requirements

- Diploma / Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.

- Experience in residential, commercial, or interior project execution.

- Ability to read and understand architectural and working drawings.

- Good knowledge of construction materials, site measurements, and execution techniques.

- Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.

- Ability to manage multiple site activities efficiently.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
