Role & responsibilities

- Develop, implement, and monitor site-specific HSE plans, safety procedures, and risk assessments for EPC projects.

- Ensure compliance with applicable safety regulations, statutory requirements, and company HSE standards.

- Conduct regular site inspections, safety audits, toolbox talks, and safety training for employees, contractors, and subcontractors.

- Monitor safety during civil, structural, electrical, mechanical, and equipment installation activities.

- Ensure secure execution of high-risk activities, including work at height, lifting operations, hot work, confined space entry, and electrical work.

- Identify potential hazards, investigate incidents and near misses, and implement corrective and preventive actions.





- Monitor contractor safety performance and ensure adherence to project HSE requirements.

- Maintain safety records, incident reports, statutory documentation, and HSE performance reports.
