Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) Operations Lead (6-12 Years Experience)

Our teams focus on observability, incident management, cloud operations, infrastructure reliability, and operational excellence to deliver secure, scalable, and highly available technology services.

Your Work Profile

- 6–12 years of experience in Site Reliability Engineering (SRE), Cloud Operations, DevOps, or Production Engineering.
- Strong understanding of AWS infrastructure, cloud operations, and platform dependencies.
- Experience with Amazon EKS/Kubernetes, cloud-native platforms, and infrastructure troubleshooting.
- Hands-on experience implementing monitoring, logging, alerting, and observability solutions.
- Experience defining and monitoring Service Level Indicators (SLIs), Service Level Objectives (SLOs), and service health metrics.
- Robust expertise in incident management, root cause analysis (RCA), problem management, and repeat-incident prevention.
- Experience developing technical runbooks, recovery procedures, health dashboards, and operational reports.




- Working knowledge of ServiceNow/Jira for incident, problem, change, and operational queue management.
- Experience with automation, AIOps, automated remediation, and operational toil reduction.
- Ability to lead production recovery, disaster recovery simulations, rollback exercises, and operational readiness assessments.
- Experience collaborating with application engineering, platform, and AI operations teams to establish cross-functional support.
- Strong stakeholder communication, technical documentation, and operational governance skills.

Experience
- 6–12 years of relevant experience in SRE, Cloud Operations, DevOps, or Production Engineering.
- Hands-on experience with production incident response, platform recovery, monitoring, and operational reliability.

- Prometheus / Grafana
- ServiceNow / Jira
- Logging and Alerting Platforms

Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
