Role Description The Site Execution role is a full-time, on-site position based in Jaipur. This role involves overseeing day-to-day activities at project locations, coordinating with internal teams and external stakeholders, and ensuring that work is executed according to plans, timelines, and quality standards. The individual will monitor site progress, resolve operational issues, and support safe work practices.

Responsibilities include documenting site activities, assisting with basic project reporting,



and ensuring transparent communication between site staff and management. The role may also involve guiding and supporting team members to follow procedures and client requirements.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Communication and Customer Service skills to interact effectively with clients, vendors, and internal teams.
- Candidates should possess solid Research and Project Management skills to support planning, scheduling, and tracking of site activities.
- Candidates should possess Training-related capabilities to help guide team members on processes, standards, and safety practices.
- Candidates should possess good organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines at the site.
- Relevant experience in site operations, construction, fieldwork, or project execution is beneficial.
- Ability to work in office in Jaipur full time, adapt to changing conditions, and maintain a focus on safety and quality.
- A diploma or degree in engineering, construction management, business, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
