Site Working- To be accountable of No. of Demos to be provided at Unique sites,150 sites to be visited which should include 100 unique sites,
- Should be responsible for Conversion definition: Single order of min 20 bags/site or monthly purchase of 50 bags
- Is accountable for Current registrations of IHBs on BuildXpert app- Minimum- 25 per month
- Site Services- Services in 60 unique sites or Service package in 50 unique sites per month
Including min 15 slab supervision (min 5 from converted sites and 10 from existing sites). Events- Is responsible for events -As per planning for the month, Max of (4 per SE or as per the event calendar)
- Sales Performance- Is responsible for Premium Product Sale-As per the target and achievement of the business sales plan for the territory
