Key Roles and Responsibilities

- Supervise and monitor daily construction activities at the project site.

- Ensure that all construction work is carried out according to approved drawings, specifications, and standards.

- Coordinate with contractors, workers, suppliers, and other project team members.

- Monitor the quality of materials and workmanship at the site.

- Ensure that work is completed within the planned schedule and budget.

- Maintain daily site progress reports, material records, and other project documentation.

- Identify site issues and coordinate with the concerned team to resolve them.

- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintain a safe working environment.

- Monitor material requirements and coordinate with the purchase department for timely procurement.

- Conduct regular site inspections and report progress to the management.

- Ensure proper utilization of materials, equipment, and manpower.

- Perform any other duties assigned by the management related to the project.

Qualification

- Diploma / ITI in Civil Engineering.
