Role & responsibilities

- Supervise and monitor daily site activities to ensure work is completed as per project specifications and timelines.

- Coordinate with contractors, vendors, technicians, and other site personnel for smooth project execution.

- Ensure compliance with safety standards, quality requirements, and company procedures.

- Read and interpret engineering drawings, layouts, technical specifications, and project plans.

- Monitor material requirements, equipment usage, and manpower allocation at the site.

- Conduct regular site inspections and prepare daily progress reports.

- Identify technical issues at the site and coordinate with the concerned team for timely resolution.

- Ensure proper installation, maintenance, testing, and commissioning activities as per project requirements.

- Maintain site documentation, work records, inspection reports, and other relevant documents.

- Coordinate with project managers and other departments to ensure timely completion of assigned work.

- Follow all applicable health, safety, and environmental (HSE) guidelines.





Preferred candidate profile

- Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Civil, Chemical, or Mechanical Engineering.

- Basic knowledge of engineering drawings, site execution, and project coordination.

- Familiarity with site safety practices, quality control, and technical documentation.

- Good communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills.

- Ability to manage site activities and work effectively under deadlines.

- Knowledge of AutoCAD, MS Excel, and other relevant engineering tools will be an added advantage.

- Strong attention to detail and a proactive approach to resolving site-related issues.
