Job Summary

We are seeking a proactive, detail-oriented Site Engineer to support the supervision and monitoring of Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) works at construction sites. This opportunity is ideal for fresh B.Tech/Diploma graduates looking to develop practical site engineering and project coordination skills.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist senior engineers in supervising MEP installations in accordance with design drawings, quality standards, and safety regulations.
- Conduct daily site inspections to monitor work progress, workmanship, and safety compliance.
- Coordinate with contractors, consultants, and site teams to resolve issues and maintain workflow.
- Assist with site reports, documentation, and as-built drawings.
- Participate in safety briefings and ensure adherence to site safety protocols.
- Interpret technical drawings, schedules, and project plans.
- Identify and address minor technical and site-related issues under senior guidance.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- B.Tech/Diploma in a relevant engineering discipline.
- Basic knowledge of MEP systems and construction processes.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings.
- Strong communication, teamwork,



organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Attention to detail and commitment to quality, safety, and timely project delivery.
- Willingness to learn site management and technical skills.
- Familiarity with AutoCAD or Revit is an added advantage.
