We are looking for a responsible and hardworking Site Engineer to supervise construction activities, monitor project progress, maintain quality standards, and ensure that work is completed according to approved drawings and project specifications.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise daily construction activities at the site.
- Read and interpret civil engineering drawings and layouts.
- Monitor labour, materials, and contractor activities.
- Ensure construction work meets quality and safety standards.
- Check measurements and maintain daily site progress reports.
- Coordinate with contractors, supervisors, vendors, and project managers.
- Monitor material consumption and avoid unnecessary wastage.
- Ensure work is completed within the project timeline.
- Report site issues and provide regular updates to management.
- Maintain site records, attendance, and material registers.
Eligibility Criteria
- Diploma or B.Tech in Civil Engineering.
- Basic knowledge of construction drawings and site supervision.
- Knowledge of MS Excel and basic reporting is preferred.
- Valuable communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
