Roles and Responsibilities:-

1. Construction Management:

- Supervise daily construction activities and ensure compliance with project plans and specifications.
- Monitor project progress and ensure that work is completed on time and within budget.
- Conduct site inspections to verify adherence to safety regulations and quality standards.

2. Project Coordination:

- Liaise with architects, engineers, and other professionals to facilitate smooth project execution.
- Oversee subcontractors to ensure their work aligns with project requirements and quality expectations.
- Resolve on-site issues or conflicts promptly to maintain project momentum.

3. Quality Control:

- Perform regular inspections to ensure construction work meets required quality standards.
- Implement quality control procedures to uphold high construction standards.

4. Safety Management:

- Enforce safety protocols and regulations on-site, including the use of personal protective equipment (PPE).




- Conduct safety audits and address any safety concerns or violations immediately.

5. Documentation and Reporting:

- Maintain accurate records of construction activities, including progress reports and inspection results.
- Prepare and submit regular status reports on project progress, issues, and any deviations from the plan.

6. Resource Management:

- Manage the use of materials, equipment, and labor to ensure efficient and effective use.
- Coordinate with suppliers and vendors for timely delivery of materials and equipment.

7. Problem-Solving:

- Identify and resolve technical or construction-related problems in office.
- Develop and implement solutions to overcome obstacles and meet project milestones.
