- Supervise daily construction activities at the site.
- Ensure work is carried out as per drawings and specifications.
- Handle Mivan shuttering, reinforcement, and concrete work.
- Coordinate with contractors, supervisors, and labour teams.
- Monitor work quality, safety, and project progress.
- Ensure timely completion of assigned activities.
- Maintain daily site reports and material records.
Required Qualifications & Skills
- Diploma / B.E. in Civil Engineering.
- 3–5 years of experience in civil construction.
- Practical knowledge of Mivan shuttering is mandatory.
- Valuable site supervision and coordination skills.
- Ability to read and understand construction drawings.
