Role & responsibilities

- Supervise civil construction, plant infrastructure, and maintenance activities.

- Monitor execution of foundations, flooring, drainage, roads, structural works, and building construction.

- Read and interpret civil drawings, layouts, and technical specifications.

- Coordinate with contractors, vendors, consultants, and internal departments.

- Monitor project progress, manpower, material consumption, and site expenses.

- Ensure quality standards, safety procedures, and statutory requirements are followed.

- Prepare daily progress reports, measurement sheets, and bills for contractor verification.

- Support estimation, quantity surveying, BOQ preparation, and material planning.

- Coordinate civil repair and maintenance activities to minimize disruption to plant operations.

- Ensure projects are completed within the approved budget and timeline.
