We are looking for a skilled and dedicated Site Engineer (Civil) to supervise and execute day-to-day construction activities at our real estate project sites. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring quality construction, timely project execution, effective manpower utilization, and compliance with approved drawings and safety standards.

Key Roles & Responsibilities

1. Site Execution & Supervision

- Supervise daily civil construction activities, including RCC, shuttering, reinforcement, masonry, plastering, and finishing works.
- Ensure construction is carried out as per approved architectural and structural drawings.
- Monitor site progress and ensure timely completion of assigned activities.
- Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and site supervisors.

2. Quality Control & Safety

- Ensure construction quality as per approved specifications and applicable IS codes.
- Conduct regular inspections of materials, workmanship, and completed works.
- Ensure proper implementation of site safety procedures.
- Identify and report construction defects and ensure timely rectification.

3. Planning & Coordination

- Prepare daily progress reports (DPR) and update project execution schedules.
- Coordinate with architects, structural consultants, PMC teams, and contractors.
- Monitor manpower, machinery, and material requirements.




- Identify potential delays and recommend corrective actions.

4. Billing & Measurements

- Verify site measurements and maintain Measurement Books (MB).
- Assist in checking contractor bills and executed work quantities.
- Monitor material consumption and minimize wastage.
- Ensure work execution aligns with approved BOQs and project budgets.

5. Documentation & Reporting

- Maintain daily site records, inspection reports, and progress photographs.
- Prepare weekly and monthly construction progress updates.
- Report site-related issues, deviations, and requirements to the Project Manager.
- Maintain proper records of drawings, approvals, and site instructions.

Qualification & Experience
- Education: Diploma / B.Tech / B.E. in Civil Engineering.
- Experience: 3–7 years in residential, commercial, or high-rise building construction.
- Robust knowledge of RCC structures, finishing works, construction materials, and site execution.
- Ability to read and interpret architectural and structural drawings.
- Working knowledge of AutoCAD, MS Excel, and construction measurement techniques.
- Experience in high-rise or large-scale real estate projects will be preferred.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
