Job Summary

Agastya Groups is looking for a motivated and responsible Site Engineer to manage day-to-day site execution, supervise construction activities, and ensure quality and timely completion of project work.

Key Responsibilities

- Supervise daily construction activities and site execution.
- Read and interpret civil engineering drawings and specifications.
- Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, vendors, and site workers.
- Monitor project progress and ensure timely completion of work.
- Ensure quality standards and safety procedures are followed.
- Check material requirements, measurements, and consumption at the site.
- Maintain daily progress reports and site documentation.
- Coordinate with the project manager to resolve site-related issues.




- Ensure efficient utilization of manpower, materials, and equipment.

Eligibility Criteria
- Diploma or B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering.
- 1–3 years of relevant site experience.
- Knowledge of construction drawings, measurements, and site execution.
- Basic knowledge of AutoCAD and MS Excel is preferred.
- Good coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Willingness to work at the project site in Kalahasthi.
