Job Summary

Nestora Commercial Interior is looking for a responsible and proactive Site Coordinator to coordinate and monitor work across multiple commercial interior project sites. The candidate will be responsible for site visits, workforce coordination, material management, quality checks, and daily progress reporting to ensure projects are completed on time and as per company standards.

Key Responsibilities

- Visit and monitor all ongoing interior project sites regularly.
- Coordinate daily work activities with site supervisors, carpenters, electricians, painters, contractors, and other workers.
- Monitor work progress across all sites and ensure project schedules are followed.
- Coordinate material requirements, deliveries, stock availability, and material usage.
- Check site measurements, drawings, layouts, and execution quality.
- Identify site issues, resolve coordination problems, and report major concerns to management.




- Maintain daily site progress reports, labour details, pending work lists, and material records.
- Coordinate with the design team, project manager, vendors, and clients whenever required.
- Ensure proper workmanship, site cleanliness, and safety practices.
- Follow up on pending tasks and ensure timely completion of all assigned projects.

Requirements
- Experience in commercial interior projects, civil construction, or site coordination is preferred.
- Diploma or degree in Civil Engineering, Interior Design, or a related field is an advantage.
- Basic knowledge of interior drawings, measurements, materials, and installation work.
- Positive communication, leadership, planning, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to coordinate multiple project sites and manage work priorities.
- Basic computer skills for reporting and documentation.
- Willingness to travel between project sites as required.
- Valid driving licence is an advantage

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
