As we expand our retail presence across India, we are looking for an experienced, dynamic, and result-oriented Showroom Manager to lead our Hyderabad showroom operations.

Key Responsibilities

- Sales & Business Growth

Take complete ownership of showroom sales targets, revenue growth, and profitability.

Drive daily, weekly, and monthly sales performance.

Improve walk-in conversions, average transaction value, and repeat purchases.

Develop strategies to increase customer footfall and showroom revenue.

- BTL Marketing & Local Business Development

Independently plan and execute robust Below-the-Line (BTL) marketing activities to generate showroom footfall and qualified leads.

Build relationships with nearby residential societies, corporate offices, premium communities, and local businesses.

Organize society activations, corporate exhibitions, promotional events, referral activities, and local customer engagement programmes.

Monitor BTL activity performance, lead generation, conversions, and ROI.

Proactively develop new local customer acquisition opportunities.

- Team Leadership & Motivation

Lead, inspire, train, and motivate the showroom sales team.

Set individual sales targets and regularly review team performance.

Conduct daily morning meetings,



product training, and sales coaching.

Build a high-performance, customer-focused sales culture.

Ensure discipline, accountability, grooming, and professional behaviour.

- Diamond Jewellery Expertise & Customer Experience

Demonstrate excellent knowledge of natural and lab-grown diamonds, including the 4Cs, certification, quality, and jewellery craftsmanship.

Explain diamond characteristics, product value, and jewellery features confidently to customers.

Deliver a premium and personalised luxury jewellery shopping experience.

Handle high-value customers, negotiations, escalations, and customer relationships professionally.

Ensure effective CRM follow-ups, customer retention, and repeat business.

- Showroom Operations & Compliance

Manage day-to-day showroom operations, including opening and closing procedures.

Ensure stock accuracy, inventory control, visual merchandising, and showroom presentation.

Maintain compliance with company SOPs, billing procedures, security standards, and cash-handling policies.

Monitor CRM updates, customer inquiries, pending orders, and sales reports.

Coordinate with Head Office and regional management for smooth operations.

Required Qualifications & Experience





Minimum 5–7 years of experience in the jewellery retail industry.

Minimum 2–3 years of proven experience as a Showroom Manager / Store Manager with an established jewellery brand.

Strong knowledge of diamond jewellery, diamond grading, certification, and jewellery retail sales.

Proven experience in achieving sales targets and leading showroom teams.

Demonstrated ability to independently plan and execute BTL marketing activities.

Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

Strong leadership qualities with the ability to inspire and develop a team.

Proficiency in CRM, retail reporting, and basic showroom management systems.

Fluency in English, Hindi, and Telugu preferred.

Preferred Candidate Profile

We are looking for a hands-on business leader, not just an operations manager.

The ideal candidate should be capable of independently driving showroom sales, generating local business through BTL activities, developing a motivated sales team, and delivering an exceptional luxury jewellery customer experience.

Candidates with experience in reputed branded diamond jewellery retail chains will be preferred.
