- Sales & Target Achievement: Achieve individual and showroom sales targets through effective selling techniques, upselling, and cross-selling.

- Product Demonstration: Explain product features, benefits, and brand details to customers and demonstrate products professionally.

- Customer Relationship Management: Build positive customer relationships, handle customer queries, and encourage repeat purchases.

- Visual Merchandising: Maintain showroom displays, product arrangement, cleanliness, and brand presentation as per company standards.

- Inventory Management: Assist with stock verification, product tagging, display updates, and reporting stock discrepancies.

- Billing & Transactions: Handle billing, payments, invoices, and sales documentation accurately.

- After-Sales Support: Assist customers with warranty-related queries, service requests, and other after-sales requirements.

- Policy Compliance: Follow company policies,

Qualifications & Skills

- Minimum qualification: Plus Two or any graduate.

- Experience in retail sales, preferably in watches, jewellery, fashion, or luxury retail, will be an advantage.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Solid customer-handling and negotiation abilities.

- Target-oriented, confident, and presentable.

- Willingness to learn about premium watch brands and products.

- Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with billing systems.
