Key Responsibilities
- Supervise daily operations and ensure smooth execution of shift activities.
- Manage manpower allocation, team coordination, and shift handovers.
- Monitor operational performance and ensure adherence to company procedures.
- Resolve operational issues and escalate concerns when required.
- Coordinate with relevant teams to maintain workflow efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and operational processes.
Required Skills
- 3–8 years of experience in operations, retail, hospitality, logistics, or a related field.
- Experience in shift management, team handling, and daily operations.
- Positive communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
