- Supervise daily production activities and ensure smooth shift operations.
- Monitor production targets, quality, and safety standards.
- Manage manpower allocation and shift scheduling.
- Coordinate with the maintenance and quality departments.
- Maintain production reports and ensure minimum downtime.
Requirements:
- Diploma/Degree in Mechanical, Production, or a related field.
- Relevant experience in production supervision preferred.
- Good communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
