About the Role

VVnT SeQuor is seeking an experienced SharePoint & AI Automation Specialist to support a strategic AI Transformation initiative for one of our enterprise clients based in Noida.

The ideal candidate will bring hands-on expertise in SharePoint 2019, SharePoint Subscription Edition (SPSE), Microsoft 365 technologies, workflow automation, and AI-enabled business solutions. This role combines solution architecture, technical leadership, and implementation responsibilities for enterprise-scale digital workplace initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead technical assessment, solution design, implementation, and modernization of SharePoint environments.
- Analyze existing SharePoint applications, workflows, customizations, integrations, and dependencies.
- Identify opportunities for AI-powered transformation and intelligent automation.
- Design and implement AI and automation capabilities within the SharePoint and Microsoft ecosystem.
- Develop Proof of Concepts (PoCs), prototypes, and production-ready solutions.
- Support testing, deployment, and post-implementation activities.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, architects, infrastructure teams, and security teams.
- Prepare technical documentation, architecture diagrams, and operational procedures.
- Provide troubleshooting, technical guidance,



and support for solution risks and dependencies.
- Ensure adherence to governance, security, permissions, and content management standards.

Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related discipline.
- 5+ years of relevant experience in SharePoint engineering, administration, and modernization projects.
- Strong expertise in:
- SharePoint 2019
- SharePoint Subscription Edition (SPSE)
- Microsoft 365 Ecosystem
- Experience in designing, developing, integrating, and supporting enterprise SharePoint solutions.

Preferred Skills
- Strong expertise in SharePoint 2019 and SPSE administration, customization, migration, and modernization.
- Hands-on experience with:
- SPFx
- PowerShell
- REST APIs
- Microsoft Graph
- .NET / C#
- Experience with workflow automation and enterprise AI solutions.
- Knowledge of SharePoint governance, security, permissions, and content management.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Copilot, Azure AI, Power Platform, or enterprise automation initiatives.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
