We are looking for an experienced ServiceNow Platform Architect to design, develop, and implement scalable ServiceNow solutions aligned with business objectives and enterprise architecture standards. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in ServiceNow platform architecture, ITSM, ITOM, SAM, CMDB, integrations, and process automation, along with the ability to lead technical strategy and collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead the architecture, design, and implementation of ServiceNow solutions across ITSM, ITOM, SAM, and related modules.
- Develop scalable, secure, and high-performing solutions aligned with ServiceNow best practices and enterprise technical standards.
- Define technical strategies, architecture roadmaps, and recommendations to improve platform performance and operational efficiency.
- Design and implement service management processes, including Incident, Problem, Change, Knowledge, Case, and Service Catalog Management.
- Architect integrations between ServiceNow and enterprise systems, including ERP platforms, monitoring tools, cloud services, and third-party applications.
- Ensure integrations support scalability, high availability, security, and reliable data synchronization.
- Lead the development of custom applications and platform extensions using ServiceNow's native capabilities.
- Oversee scripting and automation using Business Rules, Script Includes, UI Actions, Scheduled Jobs, and workflows.




- Design and implement integrations using REST, SOAP, JDBC, ODBC, LDAP, Kafka, MID Server, and IntegrationHub.
- Ensure data integrity, synchronization, and compliance with platform security and domain separation requirements.
- Maintain in-depth knowledge of ServiceNow platform capabilities, licensing models, data structures, performance, and technical limitations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver architectural solutions and contribute to practice development, reusable assets, and intellectual property (IP).

Required Skills and Qualifications

- Solid understanding of ServiceNow platform architecture, including data models, application architecture, security, UI/UX, licensing, and integrations.
- Expertise in ServiceNow ITSM, ITOM, SAM, CMDB, and CSDM.
- Experience designing enterprise integration architectures using REST, SOAP, JDBC, ODBC, LDAP, Kafka, SSL, and MID Server.
- Hands-on experience with ServiceNow scripting, including Business Rules, Script Includes, UI Actions, and Scheduled Jobs.
- Experience with ServiceNow workflows, process automation, and IntegrationHub.
- Strong understanding of relational databases, data synchronization, and domain separation.
- Experience designing custom applications and extending ServiceNow platform capabilities.
- Knowledge of integration architecture, platform performance optimization, security standards, and data management best practices.
