Job Title: ServiceNow HRSD Team Lead (BAU Enhancements) Work Location: India - 100% Remote

Work Timings: 2:00 to 11:00 pm IST

1. Overall ServiceNow experience: 8-10+ years
2. ServiceNow HRSD (HR Service Delivery): 4-5+ years
3. HRSD BAU enhancements and maintenance: 3-5+ years
4. Team leadership and delivery management: 2-3+ years

Required Skills/Experience:

- Lead day-to-day HRSD enhancement activities.
- Manage and prioritize enhancement backlog with HR stakeholders.
- Review requirements, solution designs, and effort estimates.
- Assign work and monitor team delivery, quality, and SLAs.
- Oversee incident, problem, and service request resolution.
- Coordinate UAT, releases, and production deployments.




- Ensure adherence to ServiceNow best practices and governance standards.
- Drive process improvements and automation opportunities.
- Monitor KPIs, dashboards, and service performance metrics.
- Act as the primary liaison between HR business teams and technical teams.
- Maintain documentation, knowledge articles, and operational procedures
