Hiring: ServiceNow Developer ITOM

Location: Pune / Mumbai (Hybrid)

Experience: 4-8 Years

We are looking for a ServiceNow Developer ITOM with experience in developing and supporting ITOM solutions on the ServiceNow platform.

Key Skills & Responsibilities:

- Experience with ServiceNow ITOM modules: Discovery, Service Mapping, Event Management, and Orchestration
- Assist in development, configuration, customization, and maintenance of ITOM solutions
- Gather requirements and recommend suitable solutions
- Develop workflows aligned with ITIL best practices
- Collaborate with cross-functional ServiceNow teams for integrations
- Provide troubleshooting and technical support
- Strong programming/scripting fundamentals and Agile exposure preferred




- Positive communication and stakeholder management skills
