- Service engineer has to Installation, repair and service the tinting machine (paint colour dispensing machine), UPS and Mixer which are under AMC contract.
- Perform preventive maintenance activity.
- Ensure that any parts that need replacing are available in stock with them.
- Keep inventory records of spare parts required for the repair work.
- Plan the servicing/ Preventive maintenance work in advance so the output of the Dealer / Depot / Warehouse is not affected by the service work.
- Work in teams and delegate work amongst them so the work can be conducted in a quick pace and adhere to the instruction given by Team Leader/ Supervisor or Superiors.
- Make detailed reports on all the work that is done on each machine.
- Improve the performance of the machine by doing Overhauling, Service Campaign or Repeat calls reductions.
- Conduct safety checks on all the machines.
- Use Mobile APP for call closing, spares replacement, expense, etc.
- Submit expense statement weekly/Fortnightly on the mobile APP.
