- Provide after-sales support to customers by resolving their queries and issues related to home appliances.
- Handle warranty claims, diagnose faults, and perform repairs on various electronic products such as ACs, refrigerators, washing machines, ovens, microwaves, geyser etc.
- Offer technical services including installation commissioning of current equipment at customer premises.
- Maintain accurate records of service calls received from customers and ensure timely resolution of complaints.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex technical issues that require escalation.
