Hiring for Technical Support - International Voice Process

Job Role: Service Desk Executive

Process: International Voice (US Process)

Location: Pune

Work Mode: Work From Office

Qualification: Minimum 12th Pass

Experience: Freshers or Minimum 6 months in Customer Support OR Technical Support Voice

Shift: US Shifts

Working Days: 5 Days Working

Weekly Off: 2 Days Rotational Off

Transportation: Both-Side Cab Facility

Interview Mode: Virtual Interview

Key Requirements:

- Freshers or Minimum 6 months of experience in Technical Support Voice
- Excellent verbal communication skills in English
- Comfortable working in US shifts
- Candidates should be comfortable working from the Pune location
