HMSS Motors Private Limited is looking for a customer-focused Service Advisor to join our team at Kannur.
What you'll do:
- Attend to customers and understand their service requirements
- Prepare job cards and coordinate vehicle servicing
- Explain repair requirements and service estimates
- Follow up with customers and ensure satisfaction
What we're looking for:
- Minimum 1 year of experience in automobile service preferred
- Knowledge of two-wheeler servicing and maintenance
- Good communication and customer-handling skills
- Basic computer knowledge
